Shipping Destination
We ship only to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
Delivery takes 3–6 business days after processing.

Carriers
We select carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) based on location and package weight.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent to your email within 24 hours after your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, contact the carrier within 5 business days. Email info@spraygrround.sbs within 5 business days of delivery date. We do not refund lost packages after 5 business days.
