Return Conditions
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Returns accepted only for quality issues (defects or damage upon arrival).
Non-returnable Items
Intimate apparel, face masks, opened personal care products, final sale items, and clearance items cannot be returned.
Free Returns
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label within 1 business day. No restocking fee.
Return Process
- Email info@spraygrround.sbs with your order number and reason for return
- Receive RA number and prepaid label within 1 business day
- Drop off package within 7 calendar days of receiving label

Refund Timeline
- Refund processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your return

Late Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our processing date, email info@spraygrround.sbs. We respond within 1 business day.
