Accepted Payment Options
We accept three payment methods on spraygrround.sbs:
- Visa (credit and debit cards)
- MasterCard (credit and debit cards)
- PayPal
We do not accept American Express, Discover, gift cards, prepaid cards, cryptocurrency, cash, checks, money orders, or COD.
Payment Processing Time
All payments are processed within 30 seconds of clicking “Place Order.”
Payment Security
- All transactions use SSL encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher)
- We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers
- We store only the last 4 digits of your card and the card type
- Full card details are processed by Stripe and PayPal
Currency
All prices on spraygrround.sbs are in United States Dollars (USD). We do not accept any other currency.
Billing Address
Your billing address must match the address your bank has on file for your card. If addresses do not match, your payment is declined within 1 minute.
Payment Failure
If your payment fails, you will see a decline message on screen within 30 seconds. You may retry payment with a different card or PayPal account immediately. After 3 failed attempts within 1 hour, your account is locked for 24 hours. Email info@spraygrround.sbs to unlock earlier.
Refunds to Payment Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. After we process a refund, funds appear in your account within 7–10 business days. This delay is set by your bank or card issuer. We cannot shorten this delay.
