Welcome to the SprayGrround FAQ. We have gathered answers to our most common questions to help you quickly find the information you need. If you cannot find the answer here, please contact our support team.
Ordering & Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free shipping on every order shipped to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase is required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, delivery takes 3–6 business days within the contiguous United States.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number within 24 hours. Tracking information becomes available on the carrier’s website within 24 hours after you receive the tracking number.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept American Express, Discover, gift cards, prepaid cards, or cryptocurrency.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns are accepted for quality-related issues (manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival). Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email our support team at info@spraygrround.sbs with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a Return Authorization number and a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. We provide a prepaid return shipping label. There is no restocking fee.
Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No. We do not charge any restocking fee on returned items. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price you paid.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: After we receive your return, we inspect and process your refund within 1–2 business days. After we process the refund, the refund appears on your original payment method within 7–10 business days. This delay depends on your bank or payment provider.
Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: The following items cannot be returned: intimate apparel, face masks, opened personal care products, final sale items, and clearance items.
Product & Quality
Q: What does “SprayGrround Quality” mean?
A: Every product is inspected at our Vancouver, Washington warehouse before shipping. Each order goes through a 3-step quality check: visual inspection for defects, verification of correct item and size, and final packaging check.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our products are designed and inspected in the United States. Manufacturing and assembly are completed by our production partners overseas. All products receive a final quality check at our Vancouver, Washington facility before shipping.

Q: What are your customer service hours?
A: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and US holidays (New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
Q: How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
A: We respond to all email and contact form inquiries within 24 hours during business days. Phone calls are answered within 3 minutes. Voicemails are returned within 2 business hours.
Shipping Carriers
Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: We select a carrier for each order based on your location and package weight. Carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You cannot select a specific carrier.
Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?
A: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, you must contact the carrier directly within 5 business days. Email us at info@spraygrround.sbs within 5 business days of the delivery date. We do not refund lost packages after 5 business days.
